Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing tanning consultants in Missouri to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in a commission-based environment. You will maintain a clean salon, assist customers, and ensure tanning room readiness per company standards.

The role emphasizes energetic, positive representation of the brand, with training opportunities and performance-based incentives. Flexible scheduling supports school or other commitments while offering growth in a team-oriented

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) daily.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizes equipment after each use.
• Mops, dusts, does laundry, and sanitizes tanning & wellness equipment.
• Sets up tanning rooms for the next customer per Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assists customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensures compliance with company and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
