Qualifications

• 10-15 years’ experience managing marine operation/technical personnel.
• Experience as a Chief Engineer of a tanker is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations of tanker fleet and performance metrics.
• Ensure missions and voyages are safely performed.
• Supervise Port Engineers and budget management.
• Coordinate crew promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Support shipboard safety and maintenance readiness.
