Job summary

Bruceton Petroleum Co., Inc. is seeking a Tanker Driver responsible for delivering fuel oil, gasoline, LP and related products safely to assigned locations while complying with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include operating tractor-trailer, performing pre/post trip inspections, completing shipping papers, and maintaining required paperwork; applicants must hold a CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements and be able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb 15 ft.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Commercial driver's license with hazardous material and tanker endorsement.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to climb up to 15 ft.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer/delivery truck to various locations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform pre and post trip visual inspections of vehicle to determine road worthiness.
• Complete required paperwork such as shipping papers, hours of duty reports, etc.
• Have working knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations regarding operating a commercial motor vehicle, transporting hazardous material and how to respond to an emergency.
