Job summary

Pro Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced Tank Welder with strong Mig welding skills to join our Lancaster, PA area manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, measure accurately with a tape, and perform welds on tanks to meet tight quality standards.

This position operates on 2nd shift with a $26–$30 hourly wage plus a 15% shift differential, and health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have MIG welding experience.
• Tank welding or fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications.
• Must be able to measure accurately with a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
