Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in industrial cleaning preferred.

• Waste handling experience preferred in industrial setting.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• TWIC Card required.

Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables

• Supervise and coordinate activities of tank cleaning operators.
• Develop and implement cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

• Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments to address any issues related to tank cleaning.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with regulations.

Required Skills and Competencies

Work Environment

Tools, equipment, machinery used: Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, and Tank cleaning equipment. Working conditions: Will be exposed to all weather conditions. Work on various structures and surfaces both at ground and elevated levels up to and possibly exceeding 150 ft. Work in confined spaces. Work a 12-hour shift with 30-minute lunch breaks. If requested, work overtime, and respond to emergency callouts whenever they occur. Work days, nights, and weekends. Travel to customer and other Miller sites as needed.

Physical effort required: Handling tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 150 lbs. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, walk, crawl, bend, squat, and kneel. Must be capable of climbing towers/vessels/tanks.
