Job summary

CBIZ is seeking a Manager in the Tangible Asset Valuation Group to lead engagements for property insurance and capital asset data collections. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, oversee engagement deliverables, manage budgets, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

This role requires strong communication, mentoring of staff, business development with upper management, and willingness to travel up to 70% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience; active CPA or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client's trusted advisor and manage client engagements.
• Oversee engagement deliverables and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff and participate in business development with upper management.
• Responsible for billing and realization on assigned clients and explain variances.
• Travel up to 70% based on client and business needs.
