The ideal candidate has 3+ years of website design experience, proficiency in WordPress/Elementor, HTML/CSS, and a solid portfolio. This in-office role supports go-lives, QA, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of website design experience.
• Strong WordPress and Elementor proficiency.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for layouts/graphics.
• Familiarity with Figma for wireframes and collaboration.
• Portfolio of completed website work required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly layouts with strong UI/UX principles.
• Apply client branding, colors, typography, imagery, and creative direction.
• Work from sitemaps, content documents, brand guides, and client notes.
• Build clean, conversion-focused websites for home service clients.
• Customize layouts with HTML/CSS when needed.
• Conduct quality checks before handoff and support go-lives.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, PMs, and content writers.
