LVI Associates is seeking a PD&E Transportation Project Manager to lead PD&E studies and transportation projects from planning through construction in Central Florida, with Fort Myers or Tampa as options.

This role oversees delivery, mentors engineers and environmental professionals, and acts as a key client contact for public-sector programs, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Active P.E. license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of eight years of experience managing transportation/PD&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of transportation agency standards, project delivery processes, and regulatory requirements.

A growing transportation engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Project Development & Environment (PD&E) studies and transportation infrastructure projects throughout Central Florida. This individual will oversee project delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a key client contact for public-sector transportation programs from planning through final design and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PD&E studies and transportation projects, including budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and overall project delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of eight years of experience managing transportation, PD&E, or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of transportation agency standards, project delivery processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading project teams, managing clients, and successfully delivering transportation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing transportation projects for Florida transportation agencies, toll-road programs, municipalities, or counties.
• Working knowledge of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) processes and environmental documentation.
• Experience conducting public involvement activities, stakeholder meetings, and public presentations.
• Proficiency with Bentley MicroStation, GEOPAK, InRoads, OpenRoads Designer, or similar transportation design software.
• Familiarity with transportation design guidance including AASHTO, NACTO, MUTCD, FHWA, and related industry standards.
