Barrena Branding & Marketing is seeking a Tampa Bay-based Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to own social strategy and execution for multiple client accounts. The role combines content creation, strategy, and day-to-day management, including on-site shoots and production support.

You will develop LinkedIn-focused content for B2B brands, plan content calendars, shoot content in person, edit short-form video, and ensure content stays on-brand and performance-driven.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing and managing social media for B2B brands or clients.
• Ability to translate complex products into engaging social content.
• Strong LinkedIn knowledge and best-practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute social media strategies for client accounts.
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
• Create social content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Capture photo/video content at in-person shoots.
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Write captions and manage posting across platforms.
• Monitor performance and optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with internal team to align social with campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content into social-ready assets.
• Stay on top of trends and propose new ideas.
