Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Tamil is required.
• Ability to provide high level client service.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry-specific certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including confidentiality.
• Follow policies and interpreting protocols and best practices.
• Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients.
• Report on site to accepted assignments promptly.
• Access to personal or public transport.
