Variety Wholesalers, Inc. in Newnan, GA is seeking a Tall-Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. You will unload and store inventory, pick and fill orders, and prepare products for shipping while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires operating forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all procedures, and contributing to a clean, organized warehouse environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to unload, pick, pack and ship inventory according to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Unload and store incoming inventory.

Job Description overview

Warehouse Team Members are responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the safe and efficient storage, preparation, and shipping of warehouse goods:

• Receiving:Unload and store incoming inventory


• Processing:Pick and fill orders from stock


• Packing:Pack products based on customer preferences and company guidelines


• Shipping:Prepare products for shipping and ensure orders are shipped on time


• Inspecting:Check products for damage or missing items


• Maintaining:Keep inventory organized and restocked as needed


• Operating:Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks


• Cleaning:Maintain a clean and safe working environment


• Following:Comply with all safety protocols and warehouse procedures


• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
