Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM modules.
• Experience with 3+ Taleo integration projects.
• Ability to write functional design specifications for Taleo and PeopleSoft integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects between Taleo and PeopleSoft.
• Gather requirements and perform fit/gap analysis.
• Prepare functional test plans for user acceptance testing.
