A leading consulting firm in New York is seeking a Taleo - PeopleSoft Integration Lead with extensive experience in working on multiple integration projects. You will be responsible for leading the functional analysis, supporting full life-cycle integration between Taleo and PeopleSoft HCM, and preparing comprehensive functional specifications. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in HCM modules and proficiency in SQL. Local candidates preferred. Competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in PeopleSoft and PeopleTools across multiple HCM modules.
• Experience with 3+ Taleo integration projects.
• Ability to write functional design specifications for Taleo and PeopleSoft integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead integration projects between Taleo and PeopleSoft.
• Gather requirements and perform fit/gap analysis.
• Prepare functional test plans for user acceptance testing.
