Candidates must reside within the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area to support occasional onsite meetings, events, and collaboration.**Job Description:*** Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for priority and evergreen positions.* Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.* Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.* Serve as a trusted resource for candidates throughout the recruitment process.* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand and address talent needs.* Utilize innovative sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, social media, events, and online recruiting tools.* Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies for assigned schools.* Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting events.* Deliver presentations to students, faculty, and community groups to promote career opportunities.* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and school administrators.* Accurately track candidate activity and pipeline data within ATS and CRM systems.* Leverage recruiting technologies, including Paycom, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, and CareerBuilder, to source and manage talent.* Monitor sourcing results and continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.**Education, Credentials, Licenses:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.**Specialized Knowledge:*** Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS.* Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.* Detail Oriented* Strong relationship building skills* Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal, and state laws & regulations.* Computer literate in an email application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.**Kind and Length of Experience:*** Two years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing directed role.* Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.**FLSA Status:**ExemptRight Career.
