Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Talent Researcher to understand the talent market, identify great people early, and build stronger pipelines across the business. This is more than a reactive sourcing role.

You’ll focus on talent mapping, market research, proactive pipeline building, and surfacing candidates who may not be actively looking. Your work will help our recruiting team and hiring leaders move faster.
