Role Responsibilities
- Translate strategic direction from the Director of Talent Operations into scoped project plans, defining deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and success measures for each initiative
- Own end-to-end program delivery for administrative and executive hiring — from sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, interview scheduling, offer stages, and full-cycle onboarding while tracking candidate progress and flagging bottlenecks
- Facilitate new hire orientation, managing logistics, presenters, and materials to deliver a consistent first-day and first-week experience organization-wide
- Manage development of role-specific frameworks (e.g., interview guides, orientation tracks), driving them through drafting, stakeholder review, and approval so they're rollout-ready
- Maintain compliance oversight across training and onboarding, auditing practices against company policy and applicable employment regulations and documenting corrective actions
- Lead implementation and change management for Talent tools, processes, and resources, partnering with business leaders and hiring managers on rollout, adoption, and structured feedback cycles for continuous improvement
- Compile and maintain recurring Talent department KPI deliverables — tracking metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source-of-hire effectiveness, onboarding completion, and 90-day retention — and package results into dashboards and reports for the Talent Operations Director and business leaders
- Own job posting and advertising — writing job descriptions, managing board postings, and tracking sponsorship spend against budget
- Build and maintain local and industry talent networks, representing the organization at job fairs, professional associations, and community and industry events to develop pipeline ahead of open requisitions
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations, with a track record of delivering hands-on training, onboarding, or orientation programs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train employees at all levels
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to translate high-level strategic direction into practical, repeatable processes and hands-on execution
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over training quality and consistency
- Comfortable operating in a support/execution capacity, partnering closely with leadership rather than driving independent strategic decisions
- Prior recruiting experience a plus; experience in home care, healthcare, or a multi-site/branch services organization a plus
