Job summary

Domino C Stores is seeking a Talent Manager in Oklahoma City to lead talent acquisition, training, and leadership development across all locations.

You will oversee recruiting and training teams, design programs for onboarding, leadership development, and employee growth, and partner with operations to strengthen workforce capability. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in talent acquisition, training, or related leadership roles.
Experience managing recruiting and/or training teams.
Strong skills in designing recruiting strategies and training programs.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and supervise the Talent Operations team responsible for recruiting, training, and employee development initiatives.
Develop and oversee store-level training teams and align initiatives with business objectives.
Design structured interview guides and selection processes; coach hiring managers on interviewing practices.
Design and continuously improve training programs, manuals, digital learning, assessments, and job aids.
Partner with Operations leadership to ensure recruiting and training initiatives align with business needs; monitor KPIs to drive improvements.
Build leadership pathways, identify high-potential employees, and support succession planning.
