Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Strong budgeting and reporting skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain process documentation.
• Proven ability to improve fundraising efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Football Process & UDT Events Liaison: coordinate donor invitation processes, game credentialing, communications, and logistics.
• Fundraising Reporting & Analysis: manage monthly fundraising reports and track key metrics to support leadership decisions.
• UDT Team Operations & Support: coordinate meetings, communications, events, materials, and documentation; support recruitment and onboarding.
