You’ll lead initiatives like hackathons, educational schools, and internship programs, partnering with universities and professional communities to build compelling campaigns and measure impact.

Qualificações

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, or event management;
• Hands-on experience launching and delivering hackathons, internal schools, and bootcamps;
• Proven experience organizing end-to-end events;
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts;
• A results-driven approach, taking full ownership of initiatives and making data-informed decisions;
• The ability to work autonomously and lead projects from idea to execution;
• High standards for results and the motivation to take on ambitious challenges.

What you’ll do:
