Boosta is seeking a Talent Marketing Specialist to strengthen our employer brand, broaden awareness among candidates, and attract top talent to our ecosystem. You will lead initiatives like hackathons, universities partnerships, and educational programs, with a data-driven, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Marketing, Employer Branding, or event management.
• Hands-on experience launching and delivering hackathons, internal schools, and bootcamps.
• Proven experience organizing end-to-end events.
• Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box and develop innovative concepts.
• Results-driven approach, taking full ownership of initiatives and making data-informed decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead projects from idea to execution.
• High standards for results and willingness to take on ambitious challenges.

Responsabilités

What you'll do:
