What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Administer the HCM System, Workday, for tracking Talent Management-related data
  • Facilitate talent review activities and support talent management programs
  • Collaborate with managers to discuss talent initiatives and performance management
  • Assist in the offboarding process for departing employees, including termination meetings
  • Track and report Talent Management KPIs while responding to employee inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR or talent management role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management and talent management principles
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
