Job summary

Ochsner Health is seeking a Talent Management professional to partner with TM, HRBPs, and leaders to advance talent strategy across the system. Strong technical aptitude with Windows-style applications (MS Office).
Advanced training and program design skills with the ability to facilitate.
Experience delivering learning initiatives in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Consult effectively with stakeholders to design and implement TM initiatives.
Facilitate engaging training programs, orientation sessions, and leadership development activities.
Management of onboarding programs and new hire orientations.
Conduct talent needs assessments and develop foundational curricula.
Provide coaching, 360s, and mentoring as required.
