Location: Playa Vista, CA.

What you’ll do

• champion the talent function and processes
• help craft organizational structures that may include dynamic utilization across ventures
• build relationships with the community – tactically engage for both short and long term hiring goals
• strategically source the best candidates for a variety of roles from CEOs to interns
• define, measure, analyze, improve – you’ll set KPIs for our talent funnel and seek continuous improvement
• data based strategy – you have methodologies to source talent at scale
• craft a best in class candidate experience built upon respect
• work with firm and new venture leaders to engage in consistent, unbiased hiring processes
• help develop and scale our culture
