  • Recent bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Administration/Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Internships, co‑op programs, or university projects with GPA 2.5+ preferred.
  • Proven analytical and presentation skills with leadership and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Safety: ensure safety standards across Ready‑Mix operations.
  • Rotations: participate in structured rotations across Ready‑Mix operations (Safety, Plant Mgmt, Fleet, QC, Sales, Dispatch, Environment, HR).
  • Skill development: build technical and soft skills through hands‑on work, training, and mentorship.
  • Networking: connect with peers, mentors, and leaders across Cemex units.
  • Innovation: contribute ideas to continuously improve Ready‑Mix operations.

  • Rotations: Gain comprehensive experience by participating in structured rotations across different facets of Ready-Mix operations, including Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and Human Resources.
  • Skill Development: Develop technical and transferable soft skills, alongside enhancing leadership abilities, through hands‑on work, dedicated training sessions, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Networking: Build a robust network of contacts and resources by connecting with peers, mentors, and leaders across all business units within Cemex.
  • Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and fresh perspectives, fostering continuous improvement in the ongoing success of Ready-Mix operations.
The Must-Haves
  • Background: Recent bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Administration/Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous industry experience gained through internships, co-op programs, or university projects, combined with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
  • Skills: Proficiency in analytical and presentation skills, coupled with demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
