Salary: $50K-65K annually, based on experience.
Travel Requirements: This is a remote position with travel required up to 60% during peak internship seasons (fall and spring semesters).
About the Role:
The Talent Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting both our Campus & Diversity Recruitment efforts and the broader Talent Acquisition function, with a strong emphasis on coordinating our internship program. This dynamic role will assist with campus and intern initiatives, ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience and provide administrative and logistical support for the recruiting team. The Talent Coordinator will also provide 20% support for key projects for other People Operations areas, such as Learning & Development, Employee Experience and Communications, as needed.
What You’ll Own:
- Team up with Talent Managers to help fill open positions and meet hiring needs.
- Post job openings and keep listings up to date in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Screen candidates when needed and set up interviews with the hiring teams.
- Actively search for and reach out to potential candidates across various channels.
- Help train new hiring managers on our recruitment policies and tools.
- Represent Trinity Property Consultants at career fairs and recruiting events.
- Organize and manage logistics for on-campus career fairs and events (like registration, shipping materials, scheduling, etc.).
- Assist with preparing and managing intern offer letters, onboarding documents, and housing arrangements.
- Coordinate and support key internship events and communications, including calls and newsletters.
- Track and manage intern expenses.
- Create recruitment materials like newsletters, Canva flyers, and other marketing content to support our hiring efforts.
- Help plan and host on-site career fairs focused on full-time job opportunities.
- Research and suggest strategies to diversify our talent pipelines.
- Maintain our social media and employer branding presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
- Assist with reporting, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Arrange travel for candidates or team members when required.
- Manage the Talent team inbox via Zendesk.
Special Requirements:
Attendance/Travel:
- Full-time role with occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Travel up to 60% is mandatory during peak internship recruiting seasons, including attendance at campus events and university career fairs
- Additional travel may be required for recruitment or company-related events
Physical Demands:
- The team member will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands. The team member may occasionally be required to climb. Must be able to occasionally lift and transport materials for career events. Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The team member will be required to work at a personal computer. Must possess the ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Coordinator or similar role
- 2+ years working in a high-volume, fast-paced business environment
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Canva experience preferred
