In this role you will:

  • Own all talent coordination; partner closely with recruiting and hiring partners to schedule interviews
  • Own and drive our onsite interview experience. We’re an in‑office company with 5 days a week onsite.
  • You own and execute on technical and business scheduling requests, always putting your clients: Recruiters, Candidates & Interviewers first.
  • Implement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes.
  • Drive programs and projects to improve how we work. Become the expert on our ATS, tools and overall talent operations.

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinating or relevant experience in fast‑growing startups or scaleups
  • Highly individual: you bring personal creativity and ownership to your work
  • Collaborative: you know how to influence, not just execute, and you build deep partnerships with your team and stakeholders

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $130,000- $150,000, plus a competitive long‑term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
