3 - 5 years Relevant Human Resources experience. Human Resources Management, or Business Administration (with concentration in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development), Management, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or a closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and directly relevant human resources experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree. SHRM CP or other recognized HR professional certifications preferred.
