The Walt Disney Company is seeking an Account Management Intern to support integrated recruitment marketing campaigns. Based in Orlando, you will help execute job postings, event materials, and collateral development under the Marketing Account Manager.

This full-time internship runs January through June 2027, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or public relations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the MAC platform.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing as a business area.
• Ability to partner effectively and work in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act as an influencer and build internal/external relationships.
• Willingness to take calculated risks and learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Execute media plan components such as marketing ad placements and job postings with clients and partners.
• Coordinate photo & video shoots, timelines, and logistics with Talent/Vendors.
• Assist end-to-end development of promotional giveaways supporting recruitment strategies.
• Execute conference strategy components, including booth collateral delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Creative Designers, and Recruitment Leaders to meet staffing objectives.
• Prepare consumer research, market intelligence and performance reporting for tactics as needed.
