We are looking for a Talent Attraction Events and Program Coordinator to support HPE’s university and early‑talent programs. This is a hybrid position based in Houston, Texas, with travel required to support events and programs throughout the year. You will coordinate and execute a variety of talent attraction events and programs, including high school internships, Hackathons, Code Wars, Capstone Projects, Military Transition Programs, and Early ID initiatives. This role will have a strong focus on end‑to‑end event coordination, including planning, logistics, vendor and stakeholder coordination, onsite execution, and post‑event follow‑up. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years of experience in program coordination, event management, university/early‑career programs, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Experience coordinating multiple programs, events, or initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working with internal stakeholders, external partners, and/or vendors.
Experience supporting event logistics, communications, documentation, and program tracking.
Ability and willingness to travel as required to support events and programs.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 62,900 - 145,300 in Texas. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
