Job description

Position Summary

The Talent Strategy Associate (Recruiter) supports HR Anew's mission and strategic goals by using The AHIRED Method (Align, Hire, Integrate, Retain, Engage, Develop) to perform full-cycle recruitment activities and deliver high-quality talent solutions. This position collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify, attract, assess, and place candidates who meet performance expectations and align with the organization’s mission, culture, and leadership expectations.

This role operates within a multi-client recruiting environment and requires the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt quickly, communicate proactively, and maintain consistent quality and responsiveness across engagements.

This role serves as a recruiter by sourcing and placing talent, a client advisor by supporting hiring best practices, a process contributor by improving workflows and reporting, and a brand representative by embodying HR Anew’s professionalism, responsiveness, and standards of excellence in every interaction.

This is not a transactional recruiting role. We are seeking a highly engaged professional who demonstrates ownership, urgency, responsiveness, sound judgment, business acumen, learning agility, and the ability to influence positive hiring outcomes across multiple client environments.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver and multiplier who proactively identifies opportunities, communicates consistently, adapts quickly, thinks critically, and contributes to continuous improvement across recruiting operations and client service delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and intake discussions to clarify role expectations, success profiles, and organizational alignment.
  • Design and implement targeted recruiting strategies for assigned vacancies.
  • Write clear, engaging job postings that authentically reflect our culture and values, highlighting the organization’s mission and rewards.
  • Manage recruiting activities with ownership, responsiveness, and accountability.
  • Track recruiting metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Build strong client and candidate relationships while identifying opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and respectfully challenge assumptions when appropriate to improve recruiting effectiveness and client success.
Client Experience
  • Provide attentive, high-quality service to clients, candidates, and team members, making every interaction positive and professional.
  • Communicate consistently and professionally throughout the recruiting process.
  • Ensure each candidate's experience is positive, respectful, and engaging, reflecting our organization.
Values
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across client engagements.
  • Showcase HR Anew’s brand through professionalism, sound judgment, executive presence, and relationship-driven communication.
Technical Performance and Precision
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer coordination.
  • Oversee multiple requisitions while upholding quality, deadlines, and clear communication.

  • Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruiting documentation, and an organized workflow.
  • Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, success profiles, organizational culture, and long-term alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company standards.
  • Compile accurate, regular recruiting and performance reports, covering metrics, pipeline, outcomes, and key operational insights.
  • Quickly learn and effectively utilize recruiting technologies, reporting tools, communication systems, AI-enabled technologies, and operational workflows.
Learning and Professional Growth
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Engage in coaching, feedback discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop business acumen to understand client operations and workforce needs.
  • Contribute insights, lessons learned, and best practices to strengthen HR Anew’s recruitment systems and methodologies.
  • Exhibit intellectual curiosity, adaptability, learning agility, and fervor for ongoing growth.
