About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company. This role supports the full talent acquisition lifecycle including sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates across multiple job levels.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Rock Star Candidate:
- Experience recruiting for Engineering and Maintenance roles (e.g., Building Engineers, HVAC Technicians).
- Proven success with full life‑cycle recruitment.
- Ability to handle high‑volume requisitions (40+ requests).
- Experience managing multiple project‑based requests simultaneously.
- Good Candidate:
- Experience with full life‑cycle recruitment.
- Comfort managing high‑volume recruiting (40+ requisitions).
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute recruitment programs and advertising strategies.
- Source talent through various social media platforms and professional networks.
- Support both internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates.
- Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes for improved outcomes.
- Educate hiring managers and employees on staffing processes, compliance, and career development.
- Track and document recruitment activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Recruit for entry‑level through senior and executive‑level roles.
- Apply in‑depth recruiting expertise to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Mentor and coach peers, sharing knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Model Client RISE values and promote collaboration across teams.
- Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
- Work within broad policies and guidelines, impacting multiple operational or project areas.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience: 5–8 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, using multiple data sources.
- Ability to bring fresh perspectives and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and a curious, problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations (percentages, fractions, etc.).
