Aston Carter has a Talent Acquisition Specialist role in Greenwood Village, CO, a 4-month contract-to-hire with onsite start and potential hybrid after ~6 months. You’ll support job requisitions, onboarding, HR operations, and candidate experience, collaborating with four full-time recruiters and HR partners.

Required 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or recruiting support, Associate degree, and hands-on UKG/HRIS experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting support
• Associate degree
• Hands-on experience with UKG ATS or HRIS
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting workflows through UKG Recruiting and related systems
• Process and manage job requisitions, postings, candidate workflows, and offers
• Maintain complete and accurate candidate records
• Manage recruiting platforms and subscriptions (UKG, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.)
• Monitor the Talent Acquisition shared inbox
• Generate recruiting reports and metrics as requested
• Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving forward
