Description du poste

For our client, employees aren't just part of the team. They're owners. When the company wins, the people who helped make it happen win too, and that shapes how everyone shows up: with pride, accountability, and a real stake in the outcome.

It's also a growing company, and they're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Generalist. You'll have a hand in employer branding, represent the company at trade shows, build relationships with trade schools, and spend time with teams at offices across Texas, while also supporting HR, with room to take on more as the company grows.

If you're ready to help shape how a growing company finds its people, and grow your own career along the way, this one's for you.

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Generalist role serves as a key member of the HR team, with a primary focus on leading recruiting efforts and a secondary focus on supporting a range of HR activities. This role owns the full-cycle recruiting process and partners with leaders to attract and hire talent aligned with company culture and business needs. • Attend required internal company meetings, such as safety, departmental, and scheduled daily and weekly meetings.
  • Actively participate in the Safety Program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
