Job summary

Trajan Wealth LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Financial Advisor Recruiting, to own the full-cycle recruitment process for financial advisor talent nationwide. The role is 100% onsite at our Scottsdale campus and partners with leadership to meet growth objectives.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard advisor candidates while building pipelines and representing Trajan Wealth's value proposition to passive talent. Industry events support is also part of the role.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for financial advisor/professional roles.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies and passive-talent pipelines.
• Strong screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation skills.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Financial Advisor Recruiting, plays a critical role in supporting Trajan Wealth growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring experienced Financial Advisors nationwide. This position owns the full-cycle recruiting process for advisor talent and works closely with leadership to build strategic pipelines that support expansion initiatives.

This position is 100% onsite at our Scottsdale corporate office.

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and offer negotiations.

• Attend industry events and support advisor recruitment marketing efforts.
