Job summary

Montefiore Nyack Hospital is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to plan, direct, and implement full-cycle recruitment for its departments. You will screen applicants, extend offers, and onboard new hires while maintaining staffing data for Nursing Personnel.

You will also assist with employee relations, wage/salary administration, and training activities, guiding managers on disciplinary matters, all within a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. HR and recruitment experience preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
