Nestlé USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, assess, and hire talent, partnering with hiring managers, candidates, and HR to deliver a high-quality recruiting experience. This hybrid role is based in Solon, OH, with in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

You will lead full lifecycle recruiting, build strong candidate pipelines, and provide market insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience within recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • Ability to challenge processes and manage partner and candidate expectations.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels and recruiting technologies.
  • Working knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, ATS, offer administration, and candidate relationship management.
  • Proven ability to conduct competency-based recruitment.
  • Experience using technologies to support Talent Selection (ATS, sourcing channels, social and digital media).
  • Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to support recruiting plans and sourcing activities.
  • Lead full life cycle recruiting from requisition posting to sourcing and offer acceptance.
  • Provide hiring managers with talent market information and competitive feedback.
  • Lead recruitment intake discussions to understand role requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans utilizing ATS, talent databases, referrals, networking, social media, and external channels.
  • Assess candidate qualifications against technical and behavioral requirements and recommend qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate employer branding and social media tactics within talent sourcing plans and outreach events.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience and promote the Nestlé employment brand throughout the process.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates and pipeline status to hiring managers.
  • Support offer administration and collaboration with HR and compensation teams.
  • Ensure compliance and accurate tracking in ATS and adherence to policies.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent to support Nestlé USA's business objectives. This role partners with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality recruiting experience while building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

This hybrid role is located in Solon, OH and requires regular in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to support recruiting plans and sourcing activities that meet hiring needs across assigned business functions.
  • Lead full life cycle recruiting process from requisition posting through sourcing and offer acceptance.
  • Provide hiring managers with relevant talent market information, candidate availability insights, and competitive hiring feedback to support recruitment decisions.
  • Lead recruitment intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate qualifications, and recruitment expectations.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans utilizing applicant tracking systems, talent databases, employee referrals, networking, social media platforms, and external sourcing channels.
  • Assess candidate qualifications against established technical and behavioral requirements and recommend qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Partner with Recruitment Marketing team to incorporate employer branding and social media tactics into talent sourcing plans, and coordinate targeted outreach events.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the Nestlé employment brand throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates, candidate feedback, and pipeline status to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Support hiring managers through the candidate selection and offer process while partnering with HR and compensation teams on offer administration.
  • Deliver recruiting process excellence by following internal policies and procedures, accurately tracking candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system and adhering to all significant compliance and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field.
