Job summary

Willmeng Construction, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline across the organization.

You will partner with hiring managers and the People Operations team to source, screen, and coordinate offers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with Willmeng's growth goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in construction, engineering, or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS).
• Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvements within Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

The Role

Willmeng is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting talented individuals with meaningful career opportunities. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through offer coordination, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every candidate. You will work closely with hiring managers, the People Operations team, and cross-functional leaders across the organization to build a strong and diverse pipeline of talent that supports Willmeng's continued growth.

What you will accomplish

• Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and employee information.

What we would like you to have

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the construction, engineering, or professional services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
