Job summary

OpusClip, headquartered in Mountain View, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis with potential to convert to full-time. You will lead recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering with founders and managers to scale our teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates have deep sourcing experience, thrive under changing priorities, and bring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at startups or fast-growing tech companies.
• Strong experience hiring Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Visual Designers.
• Experience working in small, fast-paced startup environments where priorities change quickly.
• A strong sourcer who enjoys finding great passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially with data integrity in our Ashby ATS!
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders.

About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis, with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.

This role will be a heavy sourcing role, and will be expected to build pipeline across all open roles.

You'll focus on recruiting top talent across Engineering, Product, and Design, partnering directly with hiring managers and company leaders to help us scale.

We're looking for someone who has recruited in startup environments before and is comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving quickly, and figuring things out as they go.

What You'll Do
