Job summary

CTI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in St. Louis to join our team. You will post jobs, screen candidates, and help build a talent pipeline while supporting a culture-first environment at CTI.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred) and customer service experience, with strong verbal and written communication skills. The role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and contributing to a collaborative office culture in the St. Louis area.
