WeInfuse seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive early-stage recruitment by identifying and reaching out to top candidates across open roles. You will partner with the Director of People Operations and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
You will work closely with leadership across Engineering to Client Success, developing sourcing strategies and ensuring a pipeline of top talent aligned with our culture.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the first stage of the recruitment process by identifying and reaching out to potential candidates across our open positions. You will work directly with our Director of People Operations as well as our hiring managers to define candidate profiles and build a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
This role will work very closely with leadership across departments, from Engineering to Client Success, and develop recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled with top-level talent consistent with our company culture. To be successful in this position, you will need skills in networking, sourcing, and interviewing. In this role, candidates must enjoy and work well with technology and possess great written and verbal communication skills.
