Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a recruiter to provide an efficient white-glove candidate experience from application to hire, partnering with business leaders and HR to build competitive recruiting strategies and stay ahead of market trends.

You will educate and train internal clients, maintain pipelines of diverse talent, and build strong relationships with candidates and cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and salary negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.

• Highly skilled in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring diverse and inclusive slates of candidates.

• Data driven and strategic mindset.
• Fantastic organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks while ensuring accuracy in work output.
• Experienced user of recruitment platforms including but not limted to LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
