Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner Project Intern in Los Angeles for a 2026 start. You will support the full recruiting lifecycle across Product and Design, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and engage candidates through sourcing, outreach, and interview coordination.

This internship offers hands-on experience in global recruiting operations and campus engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in recruiting, talent strategy, people operations, or HR.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who is eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute to meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle across Product and Design roles—includ ing sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and market talent profiles.
• Assist with sourcing efforts (LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, referrals, event leads, etc.) and engage prospective candidates with compelling outreach.
• Help manage candidate communication to ensure a seamless, positive experience.
• Assist with recruiting operations, including opening requisitions, creating job postings, and updating interview notes and candidate status in our ATS.
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews, talent strategy syncs, and project-based work.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation across candidate experience, interviewer calibration, and recruiting workflows.
• Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, or talent market research as assigned.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Operations, and business partners across different time zones.
