Job summary
Agape Care Group is seeking a mission-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit for hospice, palliative, pediatric care, and leadership roles. You will partner with managers, source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates who fit our culture and mission.
You’ll train others, maintain pipelines, and represent us at community events to attract top talent to our Spartanburg HQ.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience, healthcare recruiting required.
- Hospice industry experience a plus; experience with iCIMS ATS strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Hospice, Palliative, and Pediatric care, plus Leadership, Sales, Admin, and Finance roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates aligned with mission and culture.
- Maintain and enhance recruiting practices to meet monthly hiring goals and long-term pipelines.
- Represent Agape Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, job fairs, and networking.
- Train new recruiters and hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.

In this in-office role you'll be working alongside the Talent Acquisition and HR Team at our Spartanburg, SC Corporate Headquarters at 187 N Church St, Ste 201 Spartanburg, SC 29306.
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Hospice, Palliative, and Pediatric care, as well as Leadership, Sales, Administrative, and Finance teams.
- Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with our mission and culture.
- Maintain and enhance recruiting practices to meet monthly hiring goals and long-term talent pipeline needs.
- Represent Agape Care as an employer of choice through community outreach, job fairs, and networking.
- Train new recruiters and hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience required
- Hospice industry experience is a plus
- Experience using iCIMS ATS strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across departments
- Analytical thinking and creative sourcing strategies
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Deep understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process
- Home-office-based with occasional travel as needed
- Valid driver's license required
- Must meet all health screening requirements
