Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to research, develop, and implement staffing strategies across our energy infrastructure projects. You will partner with department managers to craft job descriptions, identify recruiting channels, and manage the end-to-end process.

You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with offers while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. 2+ years of experience and a HR-focused degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent field.
• 2+ years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Preferred experience recruiting for a fast-paced EPC firm in the power delivery industry.

About this Role

General DescriptionThe Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

What You'll Do

Duties

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process; identifies and recommends salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
• Collects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill for positions, sources of successful candidates, etc.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions, as needed
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
• Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested

What You'll Bring

Required Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted
• 2+ years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process

Preferred Experience and Education

• Human Resources certification (ex: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRMSCP)
• Experience recruiting for a fast-paced EPC firm in the power delivery industry
