Job summary

Aramark seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner-Refreshments to lead full-cycle recruiting for roles across our Refreshments segments. You will partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, compensation, and hiring timelines, while driving a strong candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through onboarding.

You will build proactive pipelines, coordinate events, and promote inclusive hiring practices, all while maintaining compliant documentation and reporting recruiting metrics

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based or decentralized hiring environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

The Talent Acquisition Partner-Refreshments manages full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through management roles across Aramark's sectors, building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring leaders to deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience from intake through onboarding.

Job Responsibilities

Recruiting & Hiring Strategy

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and pre-boarding, with a focus on quality, speed, compliance, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, compensation, and hiring strategies aligned with business needs and timelines.
• Guide hiring teams on structured, equitable, and inclusive interviewing practices.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networking, and community outreach for ongoing and surge hiring needs.
• Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and interview days to drive efficient candidate conversion.
• Promote inclusive hiring and employer branding through diverse sourcing and community engagement.

Data & Process

• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the ATS.
• Track and report recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, funnel data) with insights for continuous improvement.
• Train hiring managers in recruiting systems and processes.

Support new facility openings, contract wins, and mobilizations with on the ground presence

Travel

Up to 30%, supporting facility openings, contract transitions, and hiring events

Qualifications

• 2?5 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently under tight deadlines.
