Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in strategic recruitment and project management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future talent needs.
- Execute end-to-end sourcing and recruitment processes, including postings, screening, recommendations, scheduling, and administering pre-employment screenings.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing data analytics and market research.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop role-specific requirements and candidate profiles.
- Partner with Human Resources colleagues and leadership to identify recruitment needs and draft job descriptions.
- Recommend effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations with leaders regarding time-to-fill and candidate quality.
- Provide training and coaching to hiring managers to ensure effective and inclusive hiring decisions.
- Employer Branding:
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the employer brand and enhance the company’s reputation in the job market.
- Create and manage employer branding campaigns across various platforms, including social media and industry events.
- Build relationships with external agencies, colleges, and vendors to support talent acquisition processes.
- Candidate Experience:
- Develop and maintain best practices for candidate engagement throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Conduct research to gather insights on candidate needs and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Create templates for talent acquisition communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Process Improvement and Development:
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting operations.
- Manage talent acquisition projects, fostering collaboration among teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Anticipate future talent needs and develop pools of passive candidates.
