Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with Operations, build pipelines of Operations management candidates, and execute full-cycle hiring to ensure a positive candidate experience.
You will develop regional recruiting strategies, coach Operations teams, and conduct interviews and sourcing using platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn. Travel 20–30% is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus opportunities.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for collaborating with Operations to ensure quality Operations management/hourly candidates are identified and screened to meet Operations’ needs in assigned Region(s). This position researches creative and innovative recruiting practices used successfully in the industry. The Talent Acquisition Partner works with Operations to ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met and devises and implements sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as becoming an employer of choice. This position is responsible for implementing the full-cycle candidate hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition leaders on recruiting efforts and maintains updated recruitment results through preparing a weekly report on results and projects. Prepares and provides reports on recruitment outcomes and progress on projects.
Pay Range: P2 $72,000-$101,500/ Annual
