Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales-driven, customer service-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business development and ensure client satisfaction and employee retention.
• Proactively recruit to maintain a pipeline of qualified flexible and full-time employees.
• Conduct 1:1 behavioral interviews with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting and order activities.
• Collect weekly timecards and submit to payroll.
• Implement corporate programs and branch initiatives in a timely manner.
