The Ward Law Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding coordination. We’re looking for someone who proactively finds talent, carefully evaluates qualifications, and keeps candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR (legal experience preferred)
  • Proven success filling multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on sourcing experience for hard-to-fill roles
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and organization skills
  • Experience recruiting for law firms or legal services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting for multiple positions from intake through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish qualifications, compensation expectations, and interview criteria.
  • Source qualified candidates through outreach, referrals, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and interest.
  • Coordinate assessments and interviews, collect timely feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Present qualified candidates with clear summaries explaining fit for the role.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and report on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting results.
  • Identify hiring obstacles and recommend practical improvements to sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.

Job Description

We’re looking for someone who proactively finds talent, carefully evaluates qualifications, and keeps candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage recruiting for multiple positions, from intake meetings and job postings through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish clear qualifications, compensation expectations, and interview criteria.
  • Source qualified candidates through outreach, referrals, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, and interest.
  • Coordinate assessments and interviews, collect timely feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Present qualified candidates with clear summaries explaining how their experience matches the role.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and report on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting results.

What You Bring
  • At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
  • Demonstrated success filling multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience proactively sourcing candidates and filling hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics to manage pipelines and improve results.
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and organization skills, with the ability to hold hiring partners accountable for timely decisions.

Experience recruiting for law firms or legal services is preferred.

What Success Looks Like

You consistently deliver qualified candidates who meet the agreed requirements, keep hiring processes moving, maintain accurate reporting, and provide a professional experience for every candidate.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR (leagl experience preferred)
  • Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews for a variety of roles
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of analytics and ability to translate data into action
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Demonstrated experience creating and implementing sourcing plans
  • Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to write client-oriented communications (emails, job descriptions)
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred

This position is open to work at our office 5 days a week.
