Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full Talent Acquisition life-cycle strategy and plans
  • Recruit talent by utilizing market intelligence and innovative recruitment techniques
  • Establish sourcing strategies related to social media, military, colleges, and professional organizations
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with management
  • Partner with and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process
  • Develop and maintain recruitment SOPs for administrative processes
  • Analyze, evaluate, and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
  • Provide workforce strategy solutions to increase retention and engagement
  • Market opportunities and create brand recognition with communications team
  • Track and measure recruiting metrics and report on performance
  • Create offer letters and maintain applicant tracking system and staffing administration
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and provide information
  • Maintain understanding of state and federal labor laws including FLSA NLRA ADA Title VII and equivalents
  • Accept other work-related responsibilities as assigned

Summary: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy development and execution to confirm hiring goals are met with the best possible talent. The position requires the ability to lead strategic projects where independent action, judgment, and a high degree of initiative are required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute full Talent Acquisition life-cycle strategy and plans
  • Recruit talent by utilizing current market intelligence and innovative recruitment techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates that will enhance the company's culture and productivity
  • Establish key sourcing strategies related to social media, military, colleges, and professional organizations
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with management to confirm desired outcomes are achieved
  • Partner with and provide guidance to colleagues and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process which may include training and support
  • Develop and maintain recruitment standardized operating procedures (SOP) for administrative processes
  • Analyze, evaluate, and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide workforce strategy solutions to increase retention and employee engagement
  • Partner with communications team to market opportunities and create brand recognition
  • Track and measure recruiting metrics; provide regular reporting on performance hiring outcomes of the organization
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed
  • Represent the company at recruiting events, providing company/job information
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable state and federal labor laws, regulatory requirements, and other guidelines; including but not limited to: Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Civil Rights Act (Title VII), and any state equivalents.
  • Accept other work-related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
  • Industry experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Aptitude to maintain highly confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with urgency and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
