Job summary

ParetoHealth is hiring a Talent Business Partner to own full-lifecycle recruiting across a fast-growing portfolio. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and sourcing strategies, building diverse, high-quality pipelines.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, thorough candidate assessment, and seamless candidate experience, with close collaboration with People Operations on onboarding and compensation decisions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience independently managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred.
  • Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive talent.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
  • Experience managing offer processes and closing candidates.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.
  • Comfortable operating with urgency and adapting to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across an assigned portfolio of roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, and recruiting strategies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and industry relationships.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for skills, experience, motivation, culture fit.
  • Manage candidates through the interview process with strong engagement and communication.
  • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate candidate debriefs and timely hiring decisions.
  • Lead offer strategy, candidate closing, and negotiations with People leadership and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with People Operations on role leveling, compensation, interview execution, offers, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary talent partner and recruiting advisor for assigned roles.
  • Build relationships with leaders to understand teams and future talent needs.
  • Establish expectations with hiring managers regarding roles, timelines, and decisions.

Position Summary

The Talent Business Partner is a full-lifecycle recruiting partner responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing exceptional talent for Pareto Health. This role owns the recruiting process from initial intake through accepted offer and onboarding handoff, while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle Recruiting

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, and recruiting strategies.

  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry relationships, and other channels.
